He is retired from law enforcement and runs a counter terrorism consulting firm while serving in the Navy Reserves at the rank of Commander. He is an author, adjunct professor, and has a doctorate in leadership. Paul is married with four children.

Brenda Chabot is a licensed realtor in Texas and native of California now residing in Texas with her husband Paul and their four children. Brenda holds a BA and Masters degree. Derek V. Baker is a licensed Texas real estate broker and real estate agent, and is a top producer in his market area. Derek owns and operates ProDeo Realty located in McKinney, Texas, and serves as the broker of record for Conservative Move. Derek, an eighth generation Texan, is married with three children.

Susie is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. Born and raised in California, she moved to Texas with her husband and three of her five children in 2015. Susie holds a BA degree and assists with all of our Conservative Move connections across the US. She has extensive work experience in administration, non-profit organizations and small businesses, as well as homeschooling her children.

Kirby Wilbur was a talk show host in Seattle and several years ago, he had Paul Chabot on as a guest. He was intrigued about the idea of helping people move from blue to red states. He and Paul (and Derek) became friends, and he was so intrigued, he used Conservative Move to move to McKinney, Texas, upon leaving the radio station in January, 2021. Then, he and his family loved Texas so much, he got his Real Estate license so he could work with others who wanted to come to Texas. He brings not only the perspective of someone moving from blue to red, but also 20 years of experience as a real estate appraiser. He’s ready to put his experience in moving to Texas and real estate to work for you.
